Welcome to Restolyt. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform and services. By registering a restaurant or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Restolyt is a multi-tenant restaurant management platform that provides:
To use Restolyt, you must register your restaurant by providing accurate and complete information. All registrations are subject to approval by our team.
We reserve the right to approve or reject any registration at our sole discretion. We may reject registrations that do not meet our quality standards, violate our policies, or for any other reason we deem appropriate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
All payments are processed through Stripe Connect. By using Restolyt, you agree to create a Stripe Connect account and comply with Stripe's terms of service.
Restolyt charges an application fee on each transaction processed through the platform. Fee rates will be communicated to you during the onboarding process and may be adjusted with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for handling customer refunds and disputes in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Restolyt provides tools to facilitate this process but is not responsible for dispute resolution between you and your customers.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the platform, including menu items, descriptions, images, and branding materials.
By uploading content, you grant Restolyt a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content is accurate, does not infringe on third-party rights, and complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including food safety and labeling requirements.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data and your customers' data. You are responsible for complying with all applicable data protection laws, including GDPR, when handling customer information.
We strive to maintain high availability of our platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, you will lose access to the platform and all associated data.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect our platform, users, or business interests.
Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will immediately cease. You remain responsible for any outstanding fees or obligations incurred prior to termination.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Restolyt, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of third-party rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
